Cheating me of eBucks
Disappointed is an understatement. Now I am officially angry @FNBSA, my banker and her manager. It's been weeks of trying to figure out why I was not allocated eBucks for June. This Has spilt over to July and today I get lies back as a reason!!! What is going on?
My debit date is 1st and not 30th.
This after I was assured several times by my banker that I was be punished twice for an account not on good standing even than I had to accept fault because I wanted to move this quiry forward and today I am told lies for them to get out of trouble?
