Cheating Customers

First FNB refrains from advising there customers that if they apply for a travel cash cards online it's fair cheaper to apply online than applying in the bank.

I received my cards 2 weeks ago and since then I've been unable to load money on the cards.

Try contacting Forex department to be told they are offline so I have to email so that they can load money at a higher interest.

To top it all off the Rands value has fallen in the time I've struggling which means I'm getting even less pounds.
