Cheating & bad service by FNB Business Department.

I am very sad & disappointed by FNB Business Department. We opened a business account early in 2020 with my spouse. Then I asked them I would like them to remove it from online banking profile. Whereby FNB create a different login details so that me & my wife can access it via Online Banking separate to my own naking profile. To my shock, FNB ask me to first deposit money into the account, then after it will be removed. To my shock, FNB deducted monthly of R80 & the account is still in my profile. In addition, we don't have any bank card for the account, so how can we use it to withdraw etc? Very bad service from FNB Business
