Cheated by FNB and not honouring credit life insurance

I am Sithembele Mpofu.I am disgusted by how FNB treated me after more than 25 years of loyalty. I had private wealth account and credit card with FNB. I took a credit life insurance for both accounts and unfortunately lost my job november 2025. I indicated to them that I have lost my job and would like my insurance to cover since I have been paying for it. FNB sent me an email declining my claim stating that being retrenched does not fall under their requirement to qualify for credit insurance. I have been loyal client and for them to decline paying and my question what was I paying for if they are not covering for retrenchment. I told them that I am not employed and would like to close the account because I can not afford it, To think that I was loyal to FNB all my life and for them to cheat me. I had a personal loan with direct axis also a company that falls under FNB. They also said I do not have insurance, how do you give a loan without insurance that was my question and clearly they do not have best interest of their clients.
