Cheap courier service
2023 I renewed my license and it was delivered to the door. This month I renewed the license, it is still with the courier on the third day. First she did not call only to call yesterday instructing my wife to go fetch the license at the mall @ 16h30. She claims the address is not on the map, I want my vehicle license ASAP delivered at the door. I would have gone to pick pay or spar if I wanted to leave the comfort and security of my home. Better for them as couriers they have escorts. I paid for the license and the bank has got my residential address, so it should be delivered like the last one on my doorstep.

12 Jul 2024, 04:54Yes , your record is correct as per what has been reported by their driver and on the webpage. The driver was nowhere near my address and they only called on the second day.
Now you giving me the same ****py attitude, that the attempt was made to contact me. I am working underground to start with , there is no way I could receive any calls. The reason I put the number during my application on the app. My wife is the recipient and was the one called by the courier on the 09/07/2024 not on the 08/ 07 / 2024 and on the 10/07/2024 I book in sick from work drove to Watlloo where Skynet use to have a depot but they already moved. And we even called the lady driver who was at the mall with my license and she never answered.
Now today you want me to go collect my license at Midrand, I don’t have time or resources. That’s ridiculous, have your courier deliver my license at my doorstep and call the and not You rubbed salt into my wounds instead of resolving this issue.
