Chatsworth FNB

Chatsworth FNB has the worst customer service, i had a late estate account opened and went into the back after it took them 3 months to sort out the funds due to them not opening the account correctly then when the funds are finally in I go to see the consultant and the consultant cannot find my account on the system and told me they cannot do a transfer of my funds from my fnb account to another bank as that is not possible to do. When I requested to see the team leader or the manager either one did not come to meet and discuss what the problem is, when I requested the area managers number I was told by the consultant go on the internet and find it on your own we don't have it However the next day I went through to another FNB branch which gave me excellent service and sorted out the transfer which can be done from one back to another.
