Charmaine Lemik that’s not how you treat customers

Charmaine Lemik or Lamik that’s not how to treat customers for what’s soever reason .I’m so defeated, I contact your collections department spoke to a gentleman who couldn’t help so I ask for the team Manager who treats me like trash so much I had to tell her to go to hell. I’m disputing a debit order that was made of R1 934. To which I never agreed to or made arrangements with. she says as an FNB representative she has a right to debit my account even if I can’t afford it. How do I pull through the month. When I lost my job In 2015 i informed you guys getting it back I had to recover from loosing my home and having to take care of my siblings after my dad died to which I still do. You handed me over to lawyers and I explained to them that I will be able to settle the amount soonest the estate money reflects. Besides the monies I’ve lost from other ******* debit orders to which you could not account to how do you hit me with this again. I need the money back for the remaining few weeks to survive. Until the estates clears I have no other option this is ridiculously disrespectful for her to think I deserve such treatment. Even one of your consultants agreed that not being not legal. Can someone help me understand Why because your legal collectors I’ve already told them when I’ll settle it.
