<p>I took a temp loan 4 days ago ..and I recall seeing a debit date of 23 sep ... so in my mind that was ok .</p> <p>However i probably didnt see the fine print as when slaary camein FNB repayed themslves ...i was livid as the loan was 4 days old and i was charged a nominal fee ..and every agent tried to explain how the temp loan works instead of listening to my dilemna . ..she was the first agent to listen , understand my frustration and escalated it with a promise to call ..she held up her end of the bargain . well done Charlene Anthony in premire temp loans dept ref ********** q. My faith restored again in my FNB .</p>
