Charity FNB Forex department
Quality of service and treatment received from Charity of the Forex department, i was not happy more over her attitude and communication was very bad, still after sending emails she does not respond or give me away forward on my existing query. I don't know if this is the kind of treatment given to all FNB clients

Im very angry at the way she spoke even now raising her voice and verrry rude. Very rude i repeat. And she still not giving me outcome, very rude woman. Can this issue be resolved today
