Charging R67.60 (17%) cash deposit fee on R400 cash deposit

Dear FNB, My retired parents deposited R400 into my cheque account to buy birthday presents for our two kids. Since my parents are old, they are not 'tech savvy' and decided to go specially drive to your Hatfield Branch from their retirement home to deposit the R400. I WANT TO COMMEND YOU FOR CHARGING R67.60 (17%) CASH DEPOSIT FEE FOR THEIR EFFORT TO GET THE KIDS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT. Now, you will probably refer to your pricing schedule or service fees, but in my opinion, this is **************** to charge such exorbitant fees and not exemplary for a bank to help all South Africans in a current touch economic environment. I will, in future refer them to Capitec that is really trying to help. Kind regards, from a 20 year long customer of FNB.
