Charging More Than Deposit Amount

It's taken me a while to get round to writing this but I would like to know if anyone at your deposit counter receive training? Maybe it's yet another banking **** to make your loyal clients/customers absolutely miserable but why in God's good name would you allow someone to walk into the bank and deposit R10 into my bank account. This attracts something retarded like a R20-R40 service fee. Despite the fact that the deposit cost is more random than the numbers of the lotto, why the hell would you let someone deposit money that then costs me more?

Random Person: \Hi I want to deposit R10 into account ***"
FNB: \""Sure.\""
Random Person: \""Thanks for your help!\""
FNB: \""Thanks for the R10 from you and thanks for the R30 bucks from the sucker whose account you 'deposited' money into!\""

Is it too hard to tell your staff not to accept money less than the charge amount and then some. Honestly how far do you expect to go with ripping loyal clients off? My girlfriend and I work damn hard to raise money for charity and when people deposit money in bank we are left telling them that FNB has actually ****** what little we have to begin with for the charity!

Absolutely sickening!"""
