Charging me interest on a Paid Up Loan
I paid my FNB Loan in full on the 27th of Jan 2018, yet they are still charging me interest? Why the **** isn't the loan closed and how do you charge interest on a R0 balance? I tried calling the call centre but its like wasting your airtime as you wait for-****ing-ever!! Can this loan please be removed from my profile and I am not paying the outstanding ******* interest you are charging me.
