CHARGING FOR REPLACEMENT CARD AFTER FNB ATM FAULTY

i would like to know from FNB how they can charge a customer R110.00 for a replacement card as the ATM did not give back my card.

i stay in Brakpan - Brenthurst - there is ALWAYS a problem with the atm situated at the Caltex garage in Olympia road. as i wanted to draw money - the ATM swolled my card. i had to do ewallets to myself charging R11.00 an ewallet everytime to access my OWN MONEY.

I waited OVER A WEEK for a new card.
