Charging for products I did not authorize
Being charged a fee for bank cards I never authorized. These cards have been on the business bank account from previous owner or cards I could not see when looking at my business banking profile!! I have been changed and business banker is not very helpful in resolving this matter

05 May 2020, 10:02Wonderful copy and paste response when I raise a complaint, and the person trying to get hold of me over the phone just tried contacting once without even first checking if I’m available at that time.... you have a lot to learn FNB!!
