Charging for a service that's free on package.

Hi All,

My husband and I went on a trip to Germany the package my husband is on the Private Clients, With this package you get a Priotory pass card which allows you to enter any airport lounges free off charge. FNB has now deducted money stating we must pay for the airport lounge we used at Cape Town International, the reason cause he used his priotory pass, and not his cheque card, the package it states he can enter any international airport lounge, but FNB states otherwise saying he should've used his cheque card and that priotory pass is only for when you are abroad and not in your own country, know where did it it state that in the package and nor did anyone tell or confirm with us this fact, this is wrong and unjust. FNB you are *******,and *****ing our money.
