chargesfor phone calls not made
I have a credit card with FNB I am paying off.It is with gla attorneys.I requested a statement and I noticed that every month I am being charged for phone calls worth R25 every month for long but NO phone calls are made to me.I have escalated the matter but no one gets back to me with promises to.Its unfair as it is a small amount but will take longer to pay off my debt to FNB.It is being done month after month with no feedback or someone sorting it or charging me less.
