Charges that are so high
Ridiculous Charges
So actually this wifi company insist that i owe an amount that i don't - i have dispute with the company i logged request to be contacted i also logged a cal it icasa because of that my account is overdrawn -that's really about 750 worth of charges , so initially what happen is that my account was on Zero i never put the money that was going on off - i disputed the amount when i figured how to but i was still charged ,who can afford to pay 750 in charges ,ridiculous ,please can you reverse the charges .i wont afford it

28 Aug 2025, 15:13I absolutely got a ridiculous response -my account was on zero before that debit order went of and before I figured what was going on i disputed the debit order in actual fact i have a dispute with that service provide -I absolutely refused to take these charges -This morning i was charged 94 rand they chanrged me for what ,because then you make a purchase the amount goes of your account even tough the purchase takes time to clear .What i can see is that i had 3 items unpaid and one disputed so I should be paying 230 for charges
I will definitely Log my story daily on hello petter as FNB is very pathetic and they need to be seen for who they really are
