Charges on returned internal and external debit orders

Almost 2 weeks ago , I reviewed FNB on the fact that they only cater for rich ppl which permanent incomes and that do not take notes of their ridiculous bank charges.They are confirning my above opinion. Someone sent me an email and told me that they will see if they can reverse the charges for debit order returns but that will not be common business practice but a gesture of good will. I still have internal debit orders on my acc at R105 per debit order every week

So I guess the person who emailed me was sent to just shut me up. Nothing was done, absolutely nothing

They want me to pay R80 to block Internal debit orders. How? I am unemployed , there are no funds in my acc..

The charges where never reversed, I received a tax return of 2k and R1200 was taken up by internal and external debit order returns. I cannot cancel debit orders as it is R80 per debit order cancelation from the banks side. I cannot close the acc because it will be in a minus and honestly, i have been with fnb for years my whole life is linked to this acc . But that doesnt matter, FNB shows me weekly that I have no control over the acc charges. Anything to make big bucks.While I struggle to survive, FNB is just using their charging structures to cripple me even more.
