******* charges on fnb

Sometimes it helps doing a little research before switching to a bank. I've always admire Fnb in ways that I have a business account with them. Been with them for almost three years, however I happen to use the business card for toll gate, by the time the toll deducted there was no money in the account although there was money the tome I use. The account was charged over a R1000 on Excess item fees, for toll fees of around R300, switch some of it was sellteled. M very much disappointed with this bank although I thought it was reputable! Currently looking for an alternative as this bank shows me that it could not be trusted.
