charges on e bucks

I apply for FNB CREDIT CARD , and I received it . But I don't understand at why was I billed R200.00 for e bucks cz I never apply for it and my understanding is that they are for free. <br> That's a day light ******* to be billed R200.00 annual fee on e buck of which I don't need them since I have cheque account that I do get e-bucks on too.<br> <br>
