Charges for nothing

i am private wealth client and last week i noticed that i have been charged R801 for service fees which i have never been charged before. the person who assisted me told me that it was for immediate payment, he said i am being charged for immediate payment as of 01 August 2022. i then asked why was i not charged for the month of August and September the consultant disconnected me because they didn't have information. i contacted FNB again and the same thing happened. i also realized that when i do immediate payment i am charged R45 immediately but the consultant told me that its charged at the end of the month, i want my money back immediately if none of the employees at FNB could explain what the charge is for.
