Charges for a transaction that did not happen

I have a Swaziland account that I use for transactions to Swaziland so it generally remains pretty empty as it’s not my main account. This morning I login online to check that account and there is a deduction of R296 for “Honouring fee item 1 on 19/12/2019”. Now I know that payment is bogus because I don’t use that account normally and if I use it, there is definitely money in there or I am in Swaziland. Secondly, that fee they are supposedly honouring should’ve been taken off then not 2 weeks later. Transaction history for that day had only 1 entry for R122 at a grocery store. There was money in there for that transaction. I tried calling the ***** line to no avail. I’d like my money back. This is not on
