Charges after Closing Account
I requested closing credit card 2 months ago. FNB rep**** they will credit me 6 months fees in lieu of me not closing for another 6 months. Did not receive credit. Asked again to close. Only then did I receive credit. I asked to close anyway for the 3rd time. Was told will be done in few days. Not done. <br> 3rd consultant said I first need to repay R160 credit which I then did,. First two consultants did not tell me this. Now a week later, depite having paid the R160, the account is still open and I get charged rewards fees weeks after requested closure. When does the cycle close? FNB charges after I ask to close the account is plain *****
