Charges

Last month I loaded money into my account on the 16 January 2022 after receiving an sms that the debt has to be processed after the deposit all seemed well, to my surprise a few days later I realized the debt order bounced and I was charged Unpaid amount. This month the funeral cover deducted late on the fourth instead of the 1st day again I am charged an unpaid amount this is ridiculous, I think il close my fnb account
