Very Disappointed with FNB!

I am extremely unhappy with FNB and the way they keep charging fees that don’t even make sense. Recently, I was charged R152 and when I queried it, they told me they charge R2 for each payment made to other banks. But how on earth does that suddenly add up to R151?

They explained that from 1 August to 30 August, every single payment I made was counted and bundled into that amount. But what frustrates me most is that not only do they charge me for this, they go ahead and charge me AGAIN on the 5th.

This feels unfair and completely unclear. Instead of being transparent with their customers, they keep coming up with confusing explanations while taking more money. Honestly, it feels like FNB is just finding new ways to milk customers.

I am very disappointed and seriously considering moving to another bank.
