Charges

I love this bank and I have been with them for a while now.

Anyway, I recently upgraded to a premium cheque from a gold cheque. Now, I keep seeing charges on my card for almost every transaction I do. Once, they charged me for 3 emailed statements in one day when I didn't request any statement nor received them.

I tried to get an answer from their social media pages where they have ignored me flatly.

I feel like they ripping me off. Nevermind that I have been with the R99 debit orders which I never authorized. Perhaps I should consider changing banks.
