Charged without prior notice

On 07 August I requested my banker to convert my account to an Islamic premier account. She indicated that she would request some from Islamic banking to contact me within 48 hours. Yesterday my account was converted without my knowledge and I was charged R129 account fee. I want this fee reversed because no one communicated to me the pro-rata fee.
