Charged R286 for 23pages of stamped Bank statement

I am a FNB Platinum Account holder and am currently applying for bond finance on a second home.<br> <br> I am required to provide stamped bank statements as part of this process with my seller appointed bond originators.<br> <br> I went to the Bedford Centre Branch on Saturday 31 January 2015 to have same printed.<br> <br> My bank statements amounted to 23 pages.<br> <br> I was not advised of the costs before same was printed, and have since been charged R289!!!!<br> <br> This works out to R12.43 per page. <br> <br> This is absolutely ridiculous, particularly in light of the fact that I am on FNB's premier banking.<br> <br> It is also worth recording that the management advised me that they would not stamp statements which were printed by me and brought in branch.<br> <br> This is a classic example of over the top bank charges that are not brought to the attention of account holders.<br> <br> I would like someone from Fnb to contact me and provide me with the justification for these charges. <br> <br> The standard management response of \its contained in our pricing schedule"will not suffice.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> """
