Charged items paid fee unfairly
i was charged hournering fee of R125 while my account had money in it.. FNB is croocks
the team of bankers (chinabe Mathebula) refused to look into my case.
been with this bank for 8 years never seen such poor service in my life

I was now told when i was charged becos they was a delay with banking the transaction by the bank
so basically i am paying for the delay done by the bank
