Charged incorrectly for prepaid electricity
It is with great sorrow that I write this as FNB has always given me great service up until now. It was just by pure accident that I checked to see how much I was been charged for electricity when I bought, as I have been doing for years, electricity via the FNB banking app. Imagine my surprise when I saw that when buying a R1000 worth of electricity and been charged only R0.91 per MWh, I only received 960 odd MWh of electricity.

Lets do the maths. If it cost R1 per MWh then I should have received 1000 MWh right. So at 91 cents per MWh, meaning that for every R10 spent I should get 11 MWh, so I should have got at least 1100 MWh for my R1000 spent.

When querying this with my private banker, it took almost 3 weeks to get a reply. That reply was contact your municipality. I am not dealing with my municipality I am dealing with you FNB. I am using your app to purchase prepaid. I shouldn't have to do your work and follow up with the municipality. In fact how does the municipality factor into this when it is the FNB app that is doing the calculations based on how much I spend and what electricity costs.

So basically you have been *****ing my money for a few years now.
