Charged high interest on home loan with very little balance

FNB charged me a very high interest on my home loan where’s I deposited R300000 towards my capital balance. When I query about they can’t even make sense of it themselves and now they refuse to solve the matter and they are sending from pillar to post. Natasha Khan just decided not to reply to any of my emails now.
