Charged for Petrol Card which i dont even have

Good Day,<br> <br> I placed an order with FNB for a petrol card to be linked to my cheque account, and said I would be notified by my branch when the card was ready for collection.<br> <br> They also told me that there is R14.50 monthly charge for the use of the card.<br> <br> I see this morning that the monthly charge had come off, but i still don't have the card, i do not think that it is fair that at this point you are charging me for a service that i am not able to utilize.<br> <br> I would like the charge reversed for the month of February please.
