Charged for paying credit card early

I pay my credit card between the 26 and the 28th of each month.
In Oct 2015 I paid my credit card on the 26/10/2015 which was more than the minimum amount that was due by the 18/11/2015.
I then did an additional payment of my credit card on the 30/10/2015 and FNB then did an automatic debit order on the 18/11/2015. Accordingly they only recoginsed the payment on the 30/10/2015 as they have said that because I paid the credit card on the 26/10/2015 and not on the 27/10/2015 when they sent me an SMS that the payment on the 26/10/2015 does not count for the next month.

My cheque account went into overdraft due to the automatic payment and then FNB charged me R100 as a dis-hononary fee.

I requested this to be reversed and they said they won't because I was only suppose to pay once I got the SMS.
I find this really unfair, as I now get penalised for paying my credit card literally a few hours early.
As a loyal client with FNB I find this shocking that one gets fined for being loyal and by paying on time/early.

I don't work at FNB and how am I suppose to know that this is how there system works. I have always paid my credit card between these dates and have had no problem...
