Charged for no available funds when there are funds

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding charges that were added on my account due to non-available funds. I remember specifically that i made a transfer from one of my FNB accounts to another so I can be able to make a transaction and my balance reflected immediately that I have available funds because why would I make a purchase if I don't have funds, and the fact that the transaction went through would mean that I have funds. You cannot possibly charge me R120 for each transaction when that transaction was successful. This is unacceptable and I need my funds reserved please.
