charged for imposed services??

<p>I was charged by FNB car insurance for a new more expensive insurance policy, without requesting it, without signing it and with no clear explanation.</p> <p>Is this somehow normal procedure? </p> <p>I requested to cancel the DO until this matter was clear. (I'm trying to understand why and what happened to my previous policy...)And they cancel the policy. (confusing...cancel a policy I did not sign. How this works?) and now they charged me primium fr 1stjune to 16june and say will refund the rest...?</p> <p>Today I emailed my previous policy provider straight, to find out from them what happened to the agreement we have... or had?</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this happening only to me??</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
