Charged for entering the bidvest lounge without being informed that that will be the result.

We were charged for our entire family of four, which includes two kids, a two year old and a four year old when visiting the bidvest lounges in George and Bloemfontein. It amounts to R300*4*2 = R2400. We were not warned that we were going to be charged this and the deductions on our account came on the day after we travelled back, implying that we couldn't use the feedback from the first visit to decide not to go in to the lounge again travelling back. This is against the consumer act to charge a client's card without informing them that they will be charged for a product or service. I have put in a formal complaint at bidvest lounges as well as fnb without any success of getting our money back.
