CHARGED FOR AN ACCOUNT I ASKED TO BE DOWNGRADED - NOT ACCEPTABLE

Absolutely pathetic service or lack thereof from this bank. Time to close my accounts. I want my account fee reversed that was charged because my instructions were not followed. I am not paying for the mistakes of others.

If it is not sorted out then i will take the necessary steps to close ALL of my accounts .
