CHARGED FOR A CREDIT CARD I HAVE NEVER HAD ACCESS TO

I do not even know where to begin expressing my shock and disgust with the service I have received from FNB , I am being charged for a credit card I have never used (currently at collections!) when I ask them to explain they explain the fees as monthly service and interest fees , which is fair the only issue is I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ACCESS OR USED THIS ACCOUNT. No one seems to know what to do or how to resolve the issue , I AM STUCK WITH THIS ON MY CREDIT RECORD . HONESTLY THE WORST BANK AND USER EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER , I AM ABSOLUTELY LOST FOR WORDS , WILL BE REPORTING FNB TO ALL FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITIES. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR DO NOT BOTHER
