Charged Card Fees

I have been paying a credit card fee and credit facility service fee and for my wife and my FNB Credit Cards. We are both pensioners and occasionally use the card.

The main reason we keep the credit card is if we want to travel we can purchase our tickets etc.

We keep being card this fee and we feel as pensioners this amount adds up at the end of the year.

It is for this reason we will close our account down.

FNB Is unreasonable where they do not assist at the branch and the call centre is the most useless and the their agents are very rude.

Can we have the Head of Card Division call and explain why as pensioners we should pay for this fee?

As a long standing client of FNB of thirty years surely we can waiver these fees?

Ref Number: ********** NF After several calls with FNB's representative Memory, she was unable to assist to waiver these fees for my parents who are pensioners. I had requested my dad's FNB Credit Card to be delivered to him and nothing has been forthcoming. I requested Memory to have the Head of Card Division contact my dad and this too has fallen on deaf ears. It seems like FNB does not care about their client but about money - Sad State of Affairs...
