Charged an incorrect interest rate

My husband and I were lead to believe that we were taking out a home loan on an 11.7% rate but we are now forced to repay it at a 12.5% interest rate. FNB will not correct this. instead we are being sent from pillar to post. and are being given a story about a review only being possible in 6 months which by the way doesn't guarantee a reduction back to what we originally agreed to. This is broad day *******. <br> <br> I am disgusted by the way we are being treated especially considering that I have been banking with this bank for nearly a decade now. <br> <br>
