charged 3 times in a month for bank charges

FNB charged me 3 times for bank charges for one account, on the 23rd of Sept, 3 Oct and 22 October. I am highly disappointed tried to tell them but they haven't done anything.

If you try to call them to resolve you will definitely hold for I hour without talking to a consultant.
