Chargeback

I’m honestly confused about how FNB’s credit card system works . I’ve had a charge back done with ABSA before because the airline one way went under liquidation years ago . It was hassle free and my money was refunded just like that . Now that STA has gone into liquidation , a company that banks with them they all this red tape associated with it . Endless proof or very long waiting periods . Visa has terms and conditions but no FNB has their own .
