Charge R325,50 to recall a payment

I had a payment of R300 come into my account which was not meant to. The payment cannot be reversed as I have to pay R325.50 levied fee by the bank. This is terrible service. What is the reason of us paying bank fees for bank accounts when we get constantly charged for everything? This is ridiculous service. I've had issues with FNB since I've joined. Pathetic service. I will be taking this matter further.
