Charge back

I have been very patient with fnb so far but my patience is wearing thin.

I first called your call center on 09.09.2020 to inquire about a chargeback on my Cheque account. I was sent forms to complete, I returned it with supporting documents STA Travel is under liquidation and I want my money back. Other banks are refunding their client's ut FNB keeps on sending from pillar to post. Three months later i do not have proper feedback regarding my query I need someone who knows what they are talking about to call me back please, I need this to be resolved.
