Charge Back

I called the customer service department about 5 times to try and get a form or email address that I can use to issue a charge back with no luck. I booked a trip in Dec 2019 for March 2020 and didn't go because of the lockdown. I'm trying to get my money back from the travel agency (STA Travel) with no luck.
