Charge back!!!

Not only do they charge ridiculous amount of bank charges, they're also the worst service providers. I've been trying to get them to give back my money, after they "mistakenly" debited my account twice when I tried to make a purchase online. The merchant credited my account, I did get my money back. Only for the bank to take it all back, the next day. And now they have been playing dumb for the last month...They're not even interested in helping me. I regret ever using this stupid bank...They're nothing but **********!!!
