Chaos with service delivery and making it impossible to pay premiums on life cover

Over the past two months I have raised 3 complaints with regards to FNB Life cover I have had for over 10 years, last week the premium was R1763 and this morning its now R1225. They have the ability to ignore all clients requests and just try to take money out of your account and misinform and misrepresent the service provided. I have been **** to on numerous occasions within the last 2 months by service consultants on record. Please refund my premiums paid over the years and stop this chaos you are causing on my life as I cannot in good faith trust anything you have to say anymore and stop trying to de***** me of my hard earned money and trying to debit my accounts.
