Changing of signatories on FNB account

It is a month now that I try to get the signatories changed on our account. It is a non-profit charity organisation and the previous signatories are no longer members and some of them have moved away. For the last two weeks, no feedback is received from the FNB staff assisting me. I have forward them the signed resolutions of the changes that needs to be made, but still, the matter is not resolved.
