Changing of signatories - a nightmare

I have been trying this morning for the 6th time to remove a signatory on our business account. We submitted the COR39 as we received it from CIPC, but according to the bank it is not complete. I really do not know what to do - I do not know how to supply something that I received directly from CIPC, but the bank insists it is incomplete. The signatory who must be removed has been with me and is soon relocating and then I really do not know what we will do. It seems as if the the only option is to close the bank accounts of all three businesses we have at FNB. PLEASE ASSIST.
