Changing my company name from trading to a pty ltd

opened the business account last year with fnb bank prior to register my company as the (pty) ltd company. 18/03/2020 i visited fnb in parow to update the trading name of my business account but i was told i could not get help due to that fnb policy has changed i did not receive any form communication. branch manager told me to close the current business account and open another account which if feel the lack of knowledge make them see as easy thing to do so , not even asking me how many client are linked to my account or do i have any debits orders on this account . no prompt question was asked if i had to rate the services of the leader which is branch manager i would give her 1%.

NB The criteria to qualify for the overdraft with fnb it say you must at least have 6 months bank relationship with fnb should i need any finances to lift my business how do we overcome that in this case ?

As a client i see the knowledge gap within staff members of Parow branch . Even to refer me to the business banking level and even to check if i am linked to one of the bankers
